“We are very disappointed with how this matter was handled.”
We stayed at this hotel from April 9 to April 11. On April 10, we requested housekeeping before leaving the room. After returning, my daughter’s orthodontic appliance was missing. It had been placed in a transparent cup on the bathroom sink. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk. However, no effective action was taken during our stay to recover the item, and no clear explanation was provided at any point. Despite multiple follow-ups, we did not receive any meaningful explanation of what happened, nor any report of an internal investigation. The promised follow-up communication was also never received. The appliance is a medical device essential for ongoing treatment, and its loss may have a significant impact. We are concerned about the handling of this issue and the lack of transparent communication, and we are still awaiting a proper and satisfactory explanation.

Great location off Copley Plaza, convenient to transit, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was excellent -- the lobster role was great. Large gym with multiple machines. Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable.

Great Location and hence pricey. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. Especially Mr. Jamani at the front desk and the valet team. Did not try any other facilities like the gym so cannot comment.

The hotel delivers on the basics, but the overall experience felt more like a high-turnover business operation than a welcoming stay. Check-in was quick, but lacked any warmth or personal touch. Staff interactions were polite yet distant, with everything handled in a mechanical, transactional manner. It felt like the kind of place designed for short, utilitarian stays—efficient but uninspiring. While the room was functional and clean, there was little sense of hospitality or attention to individual guests. Ideal if you just need a place to sleep and move on, but not the kind of hotel that leaves an impression.
