This hotel is in an incredible location and has a very nice upscale feeling. Installations are modern, staff seems pretty nice, and likely the terrase is the best in Boston. Room was pretty big and well-equipped.

“Very dissapointed”
We booked a room with city view but what we got was a room where we looked at a gym acres the street. When we mentioned this they said the mistake was with booking.com. The hotelbar was very crowded and we were not allowed to stay in the reserved area although everything was empty.

“Great choice for a new & contemporary hotel for Boston Harbor & Seaport districts.”
A great new, contemporary hotel for walking around the seaport district and downtown & Boston harbor. There are many excellent restaurants are within walking distance. I had a nice-sized king-corner room with a lot of glass. While there was not a lot to see out the windows...the room was large, quiet, comfortable, and bright with floor-to-ceiling glass. While I did not make it up to the rooftop bar...it did draw a crowd on the weekend and looked to be interesting. If you would like a new contemporary hotel ... this would be a good choice.

“Location and restaurant staff are great - but that's about it! Wouldn't recommend staying.”
Location was great; that's about it! Oh and the staff in the restaurant were lovely. Food was okay but waitress and chef were super nice and welcoming.
