The hotel has excellent facilities and a prime location. All the employees are friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bright and cheerful hotel - All team From luggage, reception, housekeeping, breakfast team are brilliant in their work. They helped increase my joyful experience during my stay tremendously. I enjoyed the chair, bed and bathroom in the room plus drinks unit. Plenty of plugs and usb points. The decor was vibrant yet calming. Plus the health and fitness equipment cybex was lovely use. Loved it Thank you

“Dreadful”
1) There was no wifi in my room and the entire hotel on the day i arrived, which was very annoying since i need to join a video conference call. 2) There is no room service during the day, room service begins when the restauarnt opens for dinner. Unbelievable.

“Boston Marathon Stay”
Great hotel and staff. Good location would recommend. We were even upgraded to a larger room when we checked in. Brilliant for the Marathon, they had a bus that took us to bag drop on the morning of the race and laid on a pasta dinner the night before.

Lovely location easy to get to all sites both by walking and subway - nice district which wasn’t mega busy so a good place to unwind after a day of sightseeing

“Solid stay but nothing was for free. Asked for a view during low occupancy period and was charged extra”
Room service fees were ridiculous and a view cost significantly more when the hotel had low occupancy
