“A well-priced high-end hotel if you don't mind staying in a less-posh part of Boston.”
I stay in Boston a lot because it's near my family and I'd never heard of or stayed at this hotel, but the price was right for the new, upper-middle luxury kind of hotel it was - I think it's priced lower than hotels in the adjacent South End or Back Bay because it's in Roxbury, which is the "Harlem" of Boston, but honestly I live in NYC so this area is tame and vanilla by comparison and I thought it was a very short and non-scary walk to Mass Ave, across which is the prettier and richer South End with its plethora of chic restaurants, cafes and bars. But I would totally stay here again because the room was roomy, the bed was great, there was a gym (I think - I didn't use it), the staff was VERY nice (esp. one young woman whose name I can't remember but who was so sweet and friendly) and it was cheaper than Boston hotels in fancier areas.

“Expensive stay but clean friendly hotel.”
The microwave stopped working and we reported it on day one. It wasn’t fixed. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the one in the New York bonvoy Marriott.

“Paradise in hell neighbourhood.”
Great hotel, we had amazing studio on the Last floor. Everything you need is there. Victoria receptionist was awesome.

This property was clean. The room was modern and had all the amenities we needed. Although breakfast was a small selection, I honestly enjoyed it as it had the right variety for me and the boys to choose from.

The room was very good, with enough space for a family, cozy and warm. Very nice and comfortable bed, good bathroom, etc. But the location was not so good, unexpectedly.

Breakfast was OK, but the choices were limited. Location was close to bus lines, but the delays in some bus lines, especially line 1, were often too large.
