Design, atmosphere, cozyness, nice bathroom with wonderfully smelling bathrooms supplies, nice area and nearby subway station

Booking com shows the apartment like "with kitchen". Fine, there was a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and a pair of paper plates and 4 paper cups.

The room is clean and spacious. There’s a small kitchenette with a microwave so convenient for making light dinner. The location is fantastic, right near Newbury street where plenty of local amenities

We had the apartment with the Balcony. And wow are we glad we did. I actually convinced my girlfriend to book this room as i secretly wanted to propose to her on the balcony (which i did and she said yes) the apartment itself is perfect. The views are beautiful its literally a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants and probably 20 minute walk to the main city centre with good subway links too!

I loved the ease of use. I was skeptical about the whole process, bit It worked perfectly. I loved the historical building where the hotel is located, a typical Bostonian house, I also loved the location itself, in a gorgeous winter landscaped Commonwealth Avenue. A block away from Newbury Street. It was spotlesly clean. The room was large and comfortable for me and my daughter. The bathroom was small but well appointed. In the tiny kitchenette, they provided a few paper cups and plates. Paper towels, napkins, coffee pods and coffee maker. Small fridge, Microwave and kettle. Dishwasher soap. There was a little cupboard in the lobby where your could get extra supplies, I loved it worked with the "honor system" just take what you need. Toilet Paper, towels, more coffee, herbal tea. The chat with the staff worked perfectly well, they were super fast in answering any questions. The check out instructions: close the door after you.... :)

Location was excellent. A beautiful building, and the room was lovely, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Sean, the staff member in the office, was exceptionally helpful when we needed some assistance.
