Staff were wonderful, really helpful and happy to engage and support with anything - from printing to directions to storing bags and checking out late. The room was wonderful, it was more of a suite and the kitchen facilities were particularly useful. There is a 7-11 literally across the road. The hotel is housed in a renovated Brownstone which was stunning. The help yourself breakfast really suited me as I could could just grab a bagel and cup of milk and go back to my room

Room just what we were looking for (had a baby with us so wanted a place where he could sleep on the room and we could still have an area to sit and hang in). The receptionist was great- really friendly and helpful.

Spacious room Very helpful staff - offered me use of a good umbrella to go out in the rain.

The location was perfect! The rooms are large with kitchen essentials. The complimentary nespresso was a great addition.

I came to Boston for a conference at the Sheraton-Marriott. Opted for the Inn at St Botolph as it was afordable and very close. The staff and the hotel are wonderful. Breaksast is served in a small common room and includes muffins, fruits, yogurt, and hot drinks - lovingly and generously served. I would love to come back to Boston and to this hotel, which feels like a hybrid between a boutique hotel and a family home.

Good location close to Back Bay station, walking distance to MFA. Nice, personal hotel, room equipped with a small kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower.

Provision of breakfast, coffee, water was a nice surprise. Location was superb. Despite being close to an intersection the room was quiet. Room size was according to the photos i.e. good. Check-in after hours was also excellent.

Location was excellent, a very quite street in a very central place. The room was large and comfortable, very clean. Getting in and into the room was very convenient and easy, got all the information I needed up front. I used the small kitchen a lot, bought my own food so both the fridge and the microwave as well as the dishes were very useful. I also used the exercise room, which was small and basic, but enough for my needs. Breakfast - well, since this is a USA hotel, I can say the breakfast was great, with coffee, fruits (apples), cereal and some bread. Anywhere else in the world that won't be considered enough. but again, compared to what was offered in the conference I attended, it was better.

“Comfy and upscale”

Upscale accommodations. Newly remodeled. Kitchen was well stocked with k-cup coffee supplies. Snacks and light breakfast was also available. Didn't realize it was right around the corner from a large Mall which was great. Had dinner at the cheesecake factory. Gentleman in the office was very helpful regarding transportation options back to the airport. Very pleasant stay.
