“Beautiful place to stay in Boston. Will repeit it!”
Beautiful hotel. Super comfortable room, big bed and bathroom, amazing à la carte breakfast. I got to try some of the main dishes, and they were delicious. The staff was very friendly, and they helped me with everything. Love how quiet it was, despite being very busy with a lot of guess.

Exceptional staff service. I have stayed in many other high-end hotels and all the 1 Dalton Street staff were completely focused on making my stay being as enjoyable as possible. Justin (Hotel Assistant Manager), Caroline (Guest Experience Specialist) and Eva (Front Office Manager) went the extra mile and they came across clearly as a team who enjoyed their work and wanted to make our visit like a place that can be described as home from home. All the the staff on the front desk and door where exceptionally kind and helpful. They too were a great team. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and so was the staff in One-plus-One and the Trifecta. The Room was high spec and we slept well. Breakfast and range of food was great. The pool was great.

The staff were exceptional from check-in, throughout our stay, and check-out. We also thoroughly enjoyed our in-room breakfast experience, and dining at Zuma restaurant. We were also offered the hotel’s chauffeur to take us to our event!

The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated in the heart of Boston, it provided easy access to some of the city's most iconic landmarks and cultural attractions. Whether I was exploring the historic Freedom Trail or strolling along the charming streets of Beacon Hill, everything was just a stone's throw away.
