“Overall a nice hotel”
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was especially appreciated that we could check in early and when leaving we could store our bags at the hotel after check out and pick them up later on. Location is great too - so close to the T and South Station as well as shops and restaurants.

“Good hotel”
The location was brilliant with close proximity to the main attractions. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the shower powerful with plenty of hot water. There was drinking water and bottles available on the landing. Free coffee and water in the lounge in reception. Luggage storage on arrival and departure

“Excellent hotel in Boston”
Great location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast at the adjoining bar was fine and they were friendly and helpful. The staff at the hotel were so nice, polite friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with our luggage not arriving on the flight and the hotel staff did everything they could to help us.
