Located off I-20, this resort hotel features an on-site casino and gift shops. Floor-to-ceiling windows in rooms provide an open view of the city or surrounding area. Rooms at the Horseshoe Bossier Casino & Hotel feature pillow beds made exclusively for the hotel. Bathrooms offer marble decor and include a TV and phone. A refrigerator is also in every room. The Horseshoe's casino houses nearly 1,000 of the top slots, a mix of live table games and a poker room.The DARE Dayclub pool area is open to those 21 and older seasonally, replicating a Vegas style VIP experience and offering private cabanas and daybeds to guests and general public with surcharge with admission. “Our stay at the hotel prior to this visit was great, but this time level of service seemed very different”
We had our flight cancelled and needed a place to stay. We had previously stayed at the hotel with great joy. We asked for late checkout and were informed that for an extra $50 we could stay to 3 pm., but the next day front desk called us and told us to be out by 2 pm. We kindly asked if they would honor the agreement, but no one seemed to care.

“Horseshoe Bossier”
They put us in a smoking room eventhough a non-smoking was booked. Initially the staff didn't want to help and it was only through the manager were we able to go into a non-smoking room. The room had a broken curtain and toilet.

Everything was nice. The hotel had several dining options and entertainment. The room was large, clean, with a large comfortable bed. Friendly and welcoming staff. We had a pleasant stay.
