I liked the bathroom space. I liked how spacious it was. I really liked the views. I like how quiet it is. I like the customer service. Everything was great.

The office was closed upon arrival at 9PM. Guests (including) a family were left to wait at least 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check us in. There were young people loitering outside the building, smoking, and causing commotion. It was impossible to relax and get settled. I wouldn’t recommend this property for anyone wanting a secure and relaxing stay. The room also had a permeating chemical odor, maybe fresh pest spray.

I never even checked in. I arrived at the hotel due to my air conditioning going out at my residence. There was no one in the lobby or at the front desk. The lady from housekeeping walked by and asked if we needed help. I told her we needed to check in, and she told us she would have to go find someone. When she returned, she said someone went to his (the manager's) room to get him. We just left and booked another hotel. This is a shame that this is my hometown.

The paint was peeling in the bathroom exposing the rusted metal. The worst part was the roaches that were dead and some alive in the kitchen cabinets and bathroom. Pay the extra $25 a night and sleep at the next door ‘real’ hotels that are next door. Lady employee working the counter was very nice the male manager was helpfull enough but still ran a roach-motel.
