“Absolutely disappointing.”
It was not very easy to find the property key. Instead in the mailbox, where it was supposed to be, I found it after some searching in a box full of adds papers.

“For the cheap price, it was okay.”
The host was nice and the place was clean. And it is well located near mountains and lakes. It had almost all we needed (other then the water issue).

The apartment has everything we need and a cheap price, perfect for 2-4 persons, clean and quiet, not far from Milano. The landlord waited until our arrival at night and give us a welcome.
