Urgent Complaint Regarding Denied Entry and Threatening Behavior by Security Staff Dear Management, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your hotel on the night of 19 july 2025 I arrived back at the hotel after 11:00 PM, and to my shock, the security guard refused to let me in through the main gate. He clearly stated that he wanted to sleep and did not want to open the gate. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and even threatening. I felt unsafe and humiliated, as I was left outside the hotel premises late at night with no support. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a member of staff, especially at a hospitality establishment where guests should feel welcome and secure at any hour. I kindly request that this matter be brought to the attention of hotel administration immediately. I will personally follow up with your office tomorrow morning to clarify this situation and expect a formal response and explanation. I also ask for measures to be taken to ensure that such behavior is not repeated with any other guest in the future. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Very good dinner at a reasonable price. Very helpful staff and lots of interesting information about Africa. Definitely recommend for future travelers.

The room was cozy with white towels and bed linen, looks like a good 3-4 stars hotel. Bottles of water for every person, comfy mattresses. Convenient shower room with good soap and shower gel. Friendly stuff.

“Comfortable, clean and friendly”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and everything felt very new. The bathroom was good quality, clean and everything worked exactly as it should. The bed was also comfortable. Air conditioning in the heat was very much appreciated, especially as not every hotel in the area has one. It was also nice to have large windows that opened wide to give you the option of fresh air. It does need to be mentioned that the blinds in the room were not so great at blocking out the early morning midsummer sunshine. The breakfast was simple but tasty and, again, the kitchen staff were very accommodating. One negative was that, unless I missed the alternative, the coffee in the morning was simple instant as opposed to freshly ground.
