“Very convenient place with nice facilities.”

Very thought through apartment, with many little practical things considered. I really liked the building infrastructure including the swimming pool and the option to use a free underground parking place. It also features a fully equipped kitchen which is very covenient. Many thanks to the very helpful hosts as well!

“Amazing apartment, great locations and wonderful host”

The apartment is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. We had a coffee, tea, a few drinks as well as ice and some cupcakes on arrival which was a real treat. The flat also has full cooking provisions if required as well as toiletries provided, including make up remover which was a lovely surprise. The location is perfect - we wanted to be close to Skydive Spain as well as to the city and the apartment is 20 minutes from both and an hour drive from the beach. The building is wonderful and quiet and also located within very close distance to many fantastic restaurants. There is also a supermarket right next door. Irene was incredibly helpful with recommendations in the area and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much :)

“Sevilla 40 minutes away”

Located in Burmujos on the outskirts of Sevilla, near the highway. Spacious: mid-sized living room with a double bed, bedroom with a bathroom available only through it. Clearly new (but not very new). Perfect for visiting Sevilla. There’s a small „terrace” and there are window blinds and there's AC with heating and cooling A lot of shops nearby. Domino's downstairs. But we couldn't find a bakery. Coffee acrosa the street. Bus stops to Sevilla 3 minutes away (pro tip check when there's the last bus from Seviila so you won't be surprised). The bus rides takes 40-60 minutes and costs around 5,5 EUR for 3 one-way. Take into account the traffic jams... Buses are late 3-10 minutes. We had a good contact with the host and her son. The parking space is in the underground parking. On the other side the highway there are few shop etc. Silent in the night.

The apartment is beautiful, everything is new and clean, and you have absolutely everything you need. The owner Irene is very kind and provides all the information for a pleasant stay. Seville is close, about 15 minutes by car.

“Long weekend near Sevilla”

The apartment was very nice and comfortable, fully equipped, clean. Supermarket and bar very close. Parking just below. Really happy of the choice! Very nice welcome of the owner that gave us all the information about the zone!

Everything was fine. The hostess was friendly and pleasant to talk to. Good underground parking included in the price. New house and modern appliances and furniture. Everything in excellent condition. It was very clean. Good residential area.

Beautifull little apartment in a new building. It has everything you need, and if you are by car, location is great and you have a free parking spot. Host was really nice and gave us all the information else needed. WiFi is fast, and little balcony Is perfect for morning coffee. Supermarket, Caffè and Pizza place few steps away.

A very good option if you want to explore Sewilla and at the same time sleep in a quite, nice area, live a car in a safe garage. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable for 4 people. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Very fast and easy communication. It is very easy to reach the city center of Sewilla, as the bus stop is just 3 min. walk from the apartment and goes straight to the city center.
