A lovely apartment with parking close to shops and a few restaurants. Good WiFi, hot shower and all the amenities to self cater easily. Driving to Seville is about 20 minutes, public transport about 50 minutes.

“Lovely apartment”
Perfect for us on stopover. Lovely apartment, quiet at night. Easy private car park. Even a complimentary bottle of wine! If you are travelling with a pet this place can not be beaten due to the dog park over the road. It is the best I've come across.

“I think it’s great price/value deal”
There are a grocery, a dog park and several playgrounds nearby. There is a coffee machine, some coffee, sugar, salt and oil. The apartment is available from 2 pm, it’s earlier than usual. Also there are a parking lot inside the building.

“Just a perfect stay for us”
This is a fabulous apt with parking. Very clean and with everything you need. There were goodies left for our arrival which was a welcome sight. The host could not be more communicative with detailed instructions for getting there and gaining access to the property. Handy info left in the apt also - really cannot fault this place. Set in a quiet location with lift access. Our little dog settled in also. Not far at all to commute into Seville to explore this beautiful city.

“The place shouldn't be rented out during renovation works in the block”
Good neighborhood restaurant in the block. A bus stop around the corner to go into town.. A hospital in walking distance. The underground parking.

Nice apartment, good communication. Small greeting gift from host. Heater unit worked well. Safe parking garage, with height at least 2.2m (probably 2.5m or more), no issues for my car with skibox. Bus station to Seville city center just 3min, bus time ~20 minutes (every half or 1 hour).
