“A perfect hotel where high quality and family comfort meet, perfect for a ski weekend!”
Three families stayed here as a base to go skiing at Romme. The staff were very communicative and organized dinner reservations for us, spa reservations for us, massages for my parents and extra beds for the kids. Highly recommend!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, offering easy access to restaurants and being just a short drive from the mall. The pub located in the hotel was also very convenient after a long day on the road.

“As our son said - it’s not an elite hotel it’s a truly luxury hotel :)”
We liked everything! Parking in the garage was convenient and we didn’t have to worry about snow or cold outside, so worth paying that extra for the comfort. We booked a slot in Vana SPA - simply perfect, worth the extra pay: a small but reasonable pool as the number of guests at a time is limited, not crowded, a good sauna and cold-plunge bath, cozy bathrobes, individual/pair chézlongs with big towels, drinks and light snack for extra pay and most importantly - a super welcoming and caring personnel. The lady that worked on the evening 22/11/2025 was fantastic! The same goes for all the other staff that we met - friendly and welcoming indeed, thank you for that! Also bed was perfect for us as we enjoy a bit more steady madrases. When back home I thought of reaching out to hotel and asking the type of madrases that they have and maybe replacing one at our home :) I think we had a deluxe double room with a sofa bed for our son, it was big enough, clean and we got a small welcome note from the hotel - it made us feel welcomed and candies made our son super happy. Breakfast had plenty of choices so we were happy there as well.

Perfect position (in front of the university), very clean and comfortable. Nice comfort in the room as well, in terms of microclimate conditions. Breakfast is good, although I would include more cakes/brioches and so on.

In most hotels, check-out is at 12 noon, but in this hotel it is at 11. I was not told this when I entered the hotel, and when I left, the receptionist insisted on charging me 100 Koran for each room.

“2 nights solo”
Breakfast! There was always someone around at the reception. Coffee, water and fruit in the lobby. Didn't try the spa.

Room size was good and bathroom with walk-in shower good. Reception staff was very good and helpful.

“My stay was ELITE 😎”
The Vana Spa , it was so relaxing and you could order cocktails to the pool, 10/10. We went for a staycation to get away from work and relax and we deffo chilllled. Breakfast the next day was stunnnnning, and the restaurant is gorgeous with the glass lampshades, it’s so comfortable and cozy and the food made me want to go back to bed and melt into the pillows. And to top it all off in the end our entire weekend cost us each only about 120 euro (Spa pool access, parking, room and food/drinks) which is probably what you’d spend in the pub on a weekend anyways lol
