“Two-story large unit in an uphill adjacent to wood. Beware the ants :-)”

The view was fantastic as it is on a high hill place. The unit is spacious one room with an ensuite bathroom down stairs, and another with another ensuite bathroom upstairs. very small kitchinette downstairs inside the room. The rooms were large. Upstairs room had a large double bed, and single bed and a sleep sofa as well. Fit for very large family.

The hosts are wonderful and welcoming, the location is excellent and close to everything. The homemade breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. The hosts are very kind and willing to help with anything possible. The sheets and towels are spotlessly clean. The view from the balconies is beautiful. The apartment is located on the side, giving you full privacy. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette and a living room in one open space, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, where the children slept, there is a double bed, a single bed, and another bathroom with shower. Having two bathrooms with showers was a nice bonus. Each floor has its own balcony. We would be happy to return next time.

Amazing view 😍good location, 3 km from a center of the town. The owners of the house are very hospitable and wonderful people. If we will visit Boriomi again we will definitely choose Likani house again the house is suitable for a holiday with children, the territory is beautiful, there is a forest nearby, we also went for a walk in the forest, the air and view are simply incredible👏🏼😍

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments during the winter. The place was warm, cozy, and very comfortable, perfect for a family trip. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with any questions or needs. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

This guesthouse is in Likani, about 3 km from the center of Borjomi with the really nice and quite surroundings. There is the pine forest around the house, and a wonderful view from your terrace. Separate small house with 2 rooms with own bathrooms. The hosts are very kind, open and hospitable people. They are really ready to do everything to help you to have great vacation. The rooms are cozy and have all nessesary things, the furniture is pretty new and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicios and big.
