Great location adjacent to the forests and river at Sadgeri - about 4 km south of Borjomi town centre. 20 minute downhill walk to Borjomi natural sulphur baths. Property has a large lot of land and great for a small group.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming country house villa in Borjomi during our family trip. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, the property was perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time with the kids. The highlight for us was the spacious backyard—it had swings, play equipment, and plenty of room for our 8-year-old to run around and have fun. Even our 1-year-old enjoyed crawling on the soft grass and watching the birds and trees swaying in the breeze. The villa itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with all the essential amenities. The hosts were warm and welcoming, offering helpful suggestions for local attractions and making sure we felt at home. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and fresh air, and the outdoor seating area was ideal for sipping coffee while the kids played. It was also a convenient base for exploring Borjomi’s attractions, including the Central Park and the mineral water springs. After a day out, coming back to the peaceful comfort of the villa felt just right. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a serene and child-friendly stay in Borjomi. We’re already looking forward to visiting again in a different season!

We've stayed here for 4 days with our family (5 people overall) and we had the best time! Everything was clean and ready for us at the arrival, the house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you might need for a long term stay, and if you need something more the hosts are very friendly and helpful and will do everything to make you feel comfortable. The location is amazing, the views are breathtaking in any weather, the swimming pool is very clean and it was exactly what we needed during hot days. The house has private closed garden where our dog could play without us worring for her. We will definately come here again!

The location is very nice. There is a cozy backyard and a tiny swimming pool. You can have bbq or just sit enjoying the fireplace. It was very quiet and peaceful. Recommend!

Very cozy and cute house in 10 minutes by car from centre of Borjomi. House is situated in a nice village Sadgeri, with astonishing mountain views. Famous sulfur pods are located in 15-20 minutes walking by a mountain trail. We absolutely loved the house with its various outdoor chill areas and swimming pool. Thanks!

If you want to be close to nature it is a perfect place. It was an amazing experience. New house with every facility you need. Super-friendly host and easy communication., check in and check out. I stayed with my spouse and friend. Everyone had a very good time =)

Excellent cleanliness! Every thing was perfect. Good location (if you're with car). Just 7-10 minutes to Borjomi and 15-20 to Bakuriani. Near warm baths. You can stay with animals!
