The apartment and the location were great. It had everything we needed, including towels, etc. The owner is an amazing woman, she offered us homemade wine, nuts and sweets as a gift! Thank you!

“Great value guesthouse, delightful views over the town”
Great little apartment at the very top of the hill. Our group of four adults had a very comfortable one-night stay on our road trip through Borjomi. Handy off-street parking and a great terrace with views over the town. Top of the hill makes for a very nice walk down to the town and a 3 lari ride back up. Our hosts were lovely with bonus points for their very, very cute eight-week old puppy.

“Beautiful view and quite setting”
Very nice guest house on top of the hill with a beautiful view over the city. Nia is very nice and accommodating and makes you feel at home. We had some car problems and she was so kind to help us out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is also a comfortable shared living room and kitchen. The bathroom has all you need for a short stay.
