Really nice family. The room is from the other side of the house so you can enjoy the privacy if you prefer. The room itself is big enough, clean and really nice. I would say, one of the best guest house I ever visited. Will definitely come again.

Very nice host, very nice place. Actually very spacious and has everything you need. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (hot water and a washing machine were present). Cute cats are an added bonus, they kept visiting us throughout our stay :) Irrelevant for us, but the apartment is located on a hill (5-10 min walk), so keep that in mind.

Clean and nice rooms with everything you need. A little bit away from the center..but in very beautiful and quiet place. Owners very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

“clean and comfortable”
There are two rooms in this family run guesthouse. One is cheaper and has window facing the village street (quiet, no cars and people), the other room has balcony with great view. I stayed in the cheaper, first room. - super comfortable, big double bed with proper mattress. You sleep well here. - the room is clean and inside everything is new, just like in the whole area offered for the guests - there is kitchen, fridge and washing machine - there is also working wi fi - in the room there is decent/ good amount of daylight - there is working aircondition unit in the room - dark curtain in the window for the night :) - located in the quiet area of town, with a possibility to take ~30 minutes healthy walk to Borjomi parks :) (around 2,5 km on foot) - Borjomi town is nice !
