“Amazing and feels like home ❤️”
The owner is a wonderful person! She was kind, explained everything and the room was wonderful! Clean, fresh and comfy. It is 5 minutes drive from Mugello Circuit, which is amazing, and it is in the city centre, but in a peacefull part. I am amazed, would recomend 100/100. Greetings to Spillo, Ofelia and Pedro- the best dogs on world!

Very friendly owners, the room was nice and big, a large amount of complimentary foods and drinks which was amazing, very comfortable bed, nice seating area outside the room. I will definitely stay here again.

“A very nice quiet stay, with morning and afternoon cock crows!!”
I stayed here during my one month, April tour of Tuscany. I stayed in their "Arrabiata 2" apartment, which had twin beds, a private, newly renovated bathroom and a small private corridor, where I kept my many house plants. The apartment was just the right size for a solo traveller, and the bedroom's mini fridge was much appreciated. The amount of breakfast stuff they placed in the room for me (croissants, juices etc), was most defintely enough to feed a family of three!! Bernardo the property owner, tried his best to speak with me in English; we laughed as the few words he knew were in German!! His daughter Giulia was a good translator and between them, they made lunchtime reservations for me, at a nearby trattoria. They also gave me details of a local taxi driver, who I used during my stay. I loved their spotlessly clean bathroom with shower, and soft lighting above the sink. It made putting on make-up, a breeze. As a city girl, I had to laugh every time I heard the loud 'cock-a-doole-doo', of a nearby hen - in the morning and late afternoon!!
