Spacious room, spacious bathroom, clean, all the toiletries provided, good breakfast. Only 6 minutes drive to the 5Terre shopping centre, 30 minutes drive to the beautiful towns La Spezia or Sestri Levante.

Horrible bed construction. A/C super noisy, not cooling enough. You can’t even lower fan power, so don’t expect to sleep while AC on. Very noisy rooms, you can hear everything from your neighbors and from lobby and hotel bar. Expensive for such low quality. Wall painting falling off. Shower not working properly, with no place for your soap, shampoo. Dirty shower a bit. Construction foam around the windows. Do not disturb mode not working - service goes to your room even if you don’t want them to.

easy access to roads, nice rooms and excellent air conditioning (except for the fact that they turn it off when cleaning and do not turn it on again, so you cannot store anything safe from the heat in those rooms).
