“Quiet, lux and convenient place for a ski holiday”
+ Although a modern building, it still had some character and the architects had made an effort to nod to the alpine country atmosphere with interior dry stone walling and wooden beams, creating a coziness often missing in modern apartment blocks + the Spa was stunning with its view of the pistes and mountains opposite… adequately hot steam room and sauna plus cold bucket or shower made for a healthy post snowboard routine +Although not within walking distance of any town, there is an excellent supermarket and an even more excellent restaurant just opposite + The reception was helpful and friendly + The living room of our apartment was super nice with big sofa, very nice kitchen stuff and views of the mountain ( albeit the road side, which was our only negative ). + Very peaceful place, just 5-10 mins drive or bus from nearest ski lifts or town + Bathroom was beautifully clean and nicely appointed

“Excellent place for family stay for skiing from Grau Roig with access to whole Grandvalira”
Fabulous stay for a weeks skiing with family. Super helpful hosts, wonderful grill restaurant directly opposite the hotel. Highly recommend the steaks from there. Book a table in the upstairs dining area which has more atmosphere and you can see them cooking the meats. We had a young child with us who slept in her pushchair. The restaurant were very accomodating. Spaceous rooms with good facilities for cooking, washing clothes and living and sleeping space. Parking conveniently accessible from lifts. Excellent spa facilities. Childrens play area. Gym. The bus that took you to ski lifts in Grau Roig was exceptional and included in the cost of the room !

“Feels like home”
It’s our second stay at Els Llacs and it already feels like home. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the spa overlooking the mountains is great, and the apartments are cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We’re definitely coming back third time. Thanks a lot!

“Exceptional stay”
It was a very lovely stay in this exceptional apartment. We loved the hot tub indoors and outdoor, sauna and the little gym. Beautiful location :) Apartments were soacious and immaculately clean, very well equipped too. Highly recommended!

“Would stay again!”
The apartment is decorated very nicely, the beds were comfortable, and it's very cosy. The sauna and jacuzzi downstairs was very good, gym was appreciated. Check-in and parking was very easy. Staff were very friendly.

As on a previous visit the reception gentleman couldn't have been more helpful sorting out and even paying for our first night parking( we obviously paid him back) I'm only sorry I didn't make a note of his name. The spa was great especially the outside jacuzzi. Thank you.
