“cancelled last minute and never returned money”

This place literally cancelled a couple hours before check in as they were allegedly overbooked but also charged me and never returned my money.

We arrived at 3pm on the 26/12/25 looking forward to our 7 nights stay When we arrived there was a guy outside so I told him my name and showed him our booking reference his answer was that there was no availability We had booked through booking.com and payed through PayPal he told us he had told booking .com he was fully booked two weeks prior Obviously he was lying and had kept our money then 10 minutes later told us we would get a full refund Then next day we got about 5 percent of our payment back We are now trying to get our money back through PayPal AVOID SCAM…..

Close near the beach, station 3 is the best if u not want it too crowded.

nice location, near the beach and the room is simple and nice. A/C is working fine. heater is available in the shower. they also offer tour packages.

literally 5 minutes to a gorgeous beach and the sea. The staff was initially very nice and helpful. Its your home away from home. I will be back again!!

Place is exceptional considering its price. near the beach, resto, bar and owners also have tour packages available. Room is super cold which we really love. Also, room is clean and may heater din sa shower.

clean room and bathroom, guest can access to any available resources like utensils etc. close to the beach but quiet at night. we had a relaxing stay.

we loved that the place is somehow private and not too noisy at night. they have an outdoor terrace for guest to enjoy and relax. room was simple and clean.

this is a budget friendly accommodation which is close to White Beach. nothing fancy. room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
