“A comfortable stay”
Our room was very comfortable, easy to heat, spacious, with a lovely view. The breakfast buffet was good value, too. We enjoyed connecting with staff and were given good advice on sights to see in the area.

“Excellent Location”
Enjoyed the Location, Quiet and Safe, Right on the River, Plenty of Restaurants within Walking distance. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Plenty of options at the buffet breakfast. Room was comfortable.

Excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of time taken to explain the free visitor passes. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was big enough for our stay. Nice view from the balcony although if you are in a lower floor room you won’t get as good a view.

“Great Value for Money and I'd readily visit again.”
Excellent location, right on the banks of the Rhine, we had lovely river view rooms with a balcony. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, I couldn't fault it. Breakfast was nice and very good for the size of the hotel. I cannot put this in the "what didn't you like" section but the room and bathroom was a little small, that said it was very comfortable and excellent value for money and all sehr sauber
