“Best resort in Samui”

The resort was amazing and we have stayed at several places in Koh Samui and, for the first time, we will book here again. Everything was beautifully maintained and clean. The included breakfast was the best we have experienced, everything fresh and tasty. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived home yesterday and are already planning our return.

Title: An honest analysis for Villa guests: Great location, but service needs improvement We recently stayed for 4 nights in one of the villas during the off-season. To be completely honest, there were plenty of other hotels in the exact same area offering similar features for half or even a third of the price. However, we intentionally chose to pay a premium because we wanted a luxury experience and high-end service. Unfortunately, despite paying for a premium stay, we were left deeply disappointed. While the room quality was good and the food (especially the pizza and burgers) was delicious, the resort's service and management fell far short of 5-star standards. Here is an objective breakdown of our experience: Pros: Location: The resort is in a very convenient location in Bophut, within easy walking distance to nearby attractions and local spots. Target Audience: This resort seems ideally suited for families with young children and older demographics looking for a quiet, family-oriented atmosphere. Cons & Areas for Improvement: Not Ideal for Young Couples: For young couples, newlyweds, or travelers in their 30s and 40s seeking a dynamic, premium hospitality experience, this might not be the best fit. We truly hoped this resort would be a place that made us feel the real value of our money, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Service & Staff Attitude: At 10:50 AM, I went to the pool bar and was told to return in 10 minutes. When I came back at 11:30 AM, the female bartender showed a very unwelcoming, moody attitude just for taking a drink order. When guests pay premium rates for luxury, they should feel welcomed, not like a burden to the staff. Communication & Minibar: The staff's English proficiency is highly insufficient for an international resort. Our simple request to have only lemon soda and extra water (no Coca-Cola or Sprite) in the minibar was completely ignored, and they just left whatever they pleased.

“Relaxing time in Koh Samui”

We absolutely loved it here! We were picked up at the airport but we arrived early and had to wait to check in however we were able to use the facilities. The reception/concierge staff was fantastic. Every question and needs we're met. They also had a beautiful selection of breakfast buffet that changes daily. The location was great, was very close to the Fisherman village night market. Easy to walk to places. They also have a free shuttle to chaweng at 2pm and pick up at 5pm which was super handy!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was ideal—just a short 2-minute walk to the start of the restaurants and markets, so it felt peaceful yet still close to everything. There’s a scooter hire shop right outside, and a great little laundry nearby that’s very affordable and does an excellent job. Our villa was beautiful, complete with a private plunge pool that was perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options—it was hard to choose each morning! There were plenty of loungers around the pool, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it here and would happily return. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday experience.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for my friends & I which we were really grateful of. The room was lovely, beds were comfortable and shower was lovely. The beach pool was a great size with lovely views of the beach and close to the bar.
