“Very bad customer experience”
I couldn’t stay at ARA place because even though I had a booking confirmation, when we got to the place the manager said it was closed and we couldn’t stay. We showed the booking confirmation but he replied he didn’t got it (I even had a whatsapp conversation with them).

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downsouth
