“It was a great Hotel.”
Our room was excellent. Bed was very comfy. Very clean. Breakfast in the morning was also excellent. Great variety. Hot or cold, it was all very good. We would definitely stay at the Chateau Inn again.

Fraudulent charges to my credit card for alleged smoking. It is completely unfounded and unacceptable. The General Manager was not helpful whatsoever and did not aim to remedy the situation. I urge anyone considering staying there to find an alternative. Being fraudulent activities are taking place, this should not even be an option for booking.com I stay in several hotels on average about 300+ nights per year and have never had an issue as such. It is completely unacceptable and a deplorable business tactic. It's a huge scam I can handle a dirty sheet but fraud is wrong. Avoid this place at all costs
