“Lovely hotel”
This was more of a business hotel in Bonita Springs but fairly new, the receptionist was lovely and they had a lovely bar where you could get an evening drink from. Rooms were lovely and clean and had everything you needed with also a gym.

“A disaster”
The checkin process did not work. No access to the room. Waited in lobby with luggage. No key ever received so we couldn’t leave the room. Need a full refund as the hotel ruined my trip!
