“We had a wonderful stay in a comfortable hotel with a perfect location in the old town.”
The hotel is located in the very old town, so the location is very convenient for both relaxation and visiting the city. The 4-star hotel met expectations - the room was clean, cozy and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The stay left a very good impression, I definitely recommend it!

“Excellent.”
Three-night stay. Great location. Friendly staff. Absolutely silent all night - great sleep. Zero corridor noise any time of the day or night. Spotlessly clean. Balcony. Great WiFi. Decent AC. A safe. Large supermarket directly across the street.

My stay at Palais Hörtenberg was excellent. The location is very close to the city center, the furniture is new, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking is available for an extra fee, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great, very convenient location at the end of the pedestrian zone. Very friendly and easy check-in at the building's reception. parking with elevator to the rooms for 25 € per day. We found a parking spot near the building. Our room was very quiet, facing the large and wide backyard. We loved the very modern minimal design, but all great natural materials, beautiful, calm colours Fantastic, especially spacious beds with extra-long, very comfortable duvets, two different pillows, and nice white cotton sheets. A normal-sized refrigerator and a great coffee machine, a nice dining table and a great spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and two sinks. We will certainly return on our next stay in Bolzano.

“Fabulous 5 night stay in the Heart of Bolzano in modern Hotel Style Apartment. Highly recommend .”
Everything. Location was superb. Hotel opened onto mall . Supermarket, fresh markets, restaurants, retail ( H&M, Zara). Great space in apartment . We booked 1 bedroom open space kitchen for 3 adults for 5 nights. Generous cupboards & storage. Well equipped kitchen. Loved microwave & dishwasher. Refrigerator was mini fridge but very spacious. Loved coffee machine with complimentary pods included. Easy access to laundry on ground floor. Loved complimentary tourist Bolzano card. This provided free transport on bus, train & cable cars in city precinct. Parking available underneath hotel for a daily fee. Otzi museum ( iceman) is opposite hotel. This is a “must do”. Great size bathroom . Very modern facility. Netflix was also available . This was very popular with family.

Situated right in the heart of Bolzano, it allows you to explore the historic center, shops, restaurants, and main attractions all within easy walking distance. Whether you're visiting for leisure or business, you simply couldn’t ask for a better base. The room was beautiful, spacious, and tastefully designed, blending elegance with comfort. The bathroom was equally impressive — large, modern, and impeccably maintained, offering both style and practicality. Service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making the entire stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Cleanliness deserves special mention: everything was spotless. From the room to the common areas, the level of hygiene was outstanding and clearly a top priority. Highly recommended!
