We had a very brief but warm and lovely stay in the apartment. We arrived very late after a 2 hr train delay and Ivan was really helpful in making sure we can easily find the apartment and check in. We were wish we could have stayed longer in this lovely apartment in beautiful Bolzano.

Luxurious and very well appointed apartment in the centre of Bolzano. Very conveniently located for the train station and inner city. The apartment is spacious with high ceiling and a very modern design.

Perfect location, wonderful apartment and a great host Ivan who gives you the best tips in the city. And there is even a jaccuzzi! The provided parking spot is a HUGE garage, so that's also a plus. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return there without a doubt.

We loved everything about the apartment great to do cooking in and sit on the balcony at night to have dinner looking at the mountains. It was really convenient for getting around Bolzano. Easy walking distance also enjoyed using the city bikes to cycle along the river to pop to the bolzano lido which is fabulous. Wonderful trip easy access to a short ride on cable car 🚡 for hiking 🥾 in mountains but all the advantages of being in town. Beautiful apparentment.

Close proximity to town. Great parking Quiet and clean Ivan and Olga were great communicators Great kitchen and roller blinds that shut out the sound of the street. Washing machine was great

Location in the city center

The location is amazing, 1 minute walking and you are in the city center. The apartment is modern with very cool decorative touches and Ivan is very nice and has a lot of recommendations

The location was fabulous and the apartment was clean, attractive and very well equipped. We received clear instructions on how to use everything in the apartment (including the washing machine, which was so helpful!!)

The apartment was spacious, stylish, cool and comfortable. The owners provided lots of useful information on the locality and were very proactive in ensuring that we were able to find the garage (which we really appreciated as we had a car full of camping equipment and a roof box) and we had a friendly welcome on arrival.

Very well located to visit the city center. Parking ist perfect when you travel by car.
