“Felt like home away from home plus the great views of the Alto Adige mountains.”
The flats are designed beautifully and furniture and amenities are of highest quality. Judith and her husband did everything to accommodate our 10-months-old as well and we really felt at home.

“Fabulous apartment”
Beautiful apartment surrounded by vineyards and with great views. 10 min bus ride into the centre of Bolzano. We hired bikes and were able to store them safely. Great city for cycling.

Absolutely amazing little gem in the wine yards.This property is one of the best I've ever stayed at. Sparkling clean, very modern and beatufully decorated. The view from the balcony over the surrounding mountains and the wine yards is magnificent. Parking is available in the yard. You can go very easily to the old city by public transport - bus line 8 stops on the main street, 5 minutes walk from the peroperty.

“Perfection in Bolzano! Highly recommend.”
Absolutely perfect property, immaculately appointed and in a perfect location easy to zip into the city centre. Loved the body wash and hand soap. Everything was so clean and the owner was absolutely lovely. We really loved the beautiful views and the ease of check in and check out.

Kaiserau-Höfl is historical house and it was renovated with lovely decor which we loved. In front of house, there is lovely wine trees. We enjoyed the wine and meals at the balcony which we bought in the supermarket (Ardi) nearby (3-4 mins by drive). Judith always gave swift punctual response and it was very helpful for us to navigate around Bolzano. The house rules are very understandable with clear indications. We strongly recommend Kaiserau-Höfl.

Beautifully designed apartment with excellent build quality (hardwood floors, comfortable mattress, a/c etc). Great location: in Bolzano but surrounded by vineyards. Easy to reach public transportation.
