A memorably outstanding stay. The family-run hotel sets a very high standard … and everyone starts with a warm, smiling welcome. It’s like staying in someone’s home, and we loved the excellent included breakfast, featuring many freshly-made home-style ingredients. The double room in the loft features an extra large double bed and is comfortably appointed. Everything is spotless, and the location is perfect for cableways, trains, roads, walkers and taxis to/fro the airport. We’re definitely planning to stay again next year.

Beautifully designed, comfortable, modern apartment. Linens and bed comfortable. Good water pressure on the shower. Friendly warm and helpful owner/operators; great communicators. Centrally located and a short walk to the railway station, short walk to the central plaza. Breakfast generous and accommodating to most tastes.

We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, clean & very well equipped which made our stay very comfortable, a big bonus was the washing machine. Breakfast was good quality in the nice dining room, also a great place to go for lunch. Excellent location in the heart of Bolzano which is a lovely city.

1. I stayed in the studio for 4 nights . The kitchen is well-equipped. There's an air conditioner and a refrigerator. 2. It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable place 3. The breakfast was good 4. The staff were friendly, and the train station and bus terminal are close 5. I got the guest transportation app and used the bus and train for free

Good location to explore the city centre. Room was comfortable and breakfast was excelent. Less then 5 minutes walk from the train station.

This is very much a family-run hotel and it feels very warm and welcoming, for that reason. Rooms are simple but comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful - lots of beautiful home-made tarts and jams. The position is superb - 5 minutes from the station and in the heart of the historic centre. Bolzano is a very attractive town with great food and a feeling of welcome from locals. We loved our stay.

great location for train station and town, room was very well designed, with air con. breakfast served in bistro by very pleasent staff where nothing was too much trouble. Honesty terrace bar.definately would stay again.

The room looked exactly as in the photos, was clean, and had all it promised. The toilet was included in the bathroom, but far away to give two people some space to do their thing.
