“Quick night in Bolzano.”
Very big room and bathroom. Nice terrace, many windowd and nice view from the room. Self-service service breakfast.

Responsive and helpful owner. Underground garage and quiet location in apples garden. The size of the room is good for 2 (we added 3d adult in the last moment and it wasnt comfy to sleep in tiny kitchen couchet) and huge balcony overlooking the garden and mountains. We added more heating in the bedoom as it was cold and it took long time to get warmer as there is a floor heating. Room was clean and cleaning lady was coming daily. Beds ok.There is separate kitchen room with tiny fridge, coffee mashine with capsules and kettler with tea bags. Table nicely served with all needed assets. Breakfast in the first 2 days was only sweets. On the last day we received ham with bread to make sandwitches.

Really nice room with big terrace, breakfast was in the room already prepared for morning self service - mostly cold dishes, yoghurt, you can toast a bread, make coffee or tea. Nice underground parking.

Super place to stay when visiting the area. Modern, comfortable, clean, very well equipped. In the countryside a few minutes away from the noise & busy traffic of the town. Highly recommended!

“Quiet Location. Promised tranquility and delivered.”
This is a b and b which is run remotely - we were given a code to access our keys and never saw a soul during our stay. That said, it was in a very quiet rural location, and breakfast was by way of a type of "breakfast tray" which was more than adequate. We ate at a local restaurant (5 mins drive).

It's spacious, clean and comfy with a large balcony and an amazing view. The breakfast is (a little bit weirdly) served in your room but that's kind of cute, and the ffod is good. A garage is a huge plus!

Beautiful location among apple orchards with amazing view from the terrace! Garage available under the house, bus stop near by with buses going to the city. Nice and easy check-in and check-out process with key lockers.

“Disappointing”
The room was dirty, the breakfast was really poor with expired products and the water bottle was with rust. The room ceiling had water infiltrations. The light in the bathroom was rusted.
