The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is excellent, relatively closed to bus station and city center. The free guest pass for bus and cable car was really great.

The apartment was perfect for 2 couples. The location is great and close to the station. It’s is very clean and had everything necessary for us to have a wonderful stay in Bolzano. Fabio is a great host and in arrival he organised Bolzano passed for the four of which was a big saving and very easy to deal with.

Fabio was an excellent host, putting himself out to accommodate our needs.The apartment was ultra modern and comfortable.

It was in a very secure building and had all the necessary facilities for our stay. Within walking distance of all major attractions and the special tourist pass is very useful.

The apartment was in a quiet spot but close to the centre of Bolzano and old town and a 10 minute walk to the train and bus station and Renon cablecar. Very comfortable with all amenities. We slept really well despite the heat and the shower was great.. The location together with the Bolzano card made travel within the area very straightforward at virtually no cost. Fabio was a great host. He met us at the apartment and explained the layout and provided very useful information about the area..Throughout our stay he was always available.

This is a great property in a central location with all the attractions of the area within easy reach with the Bolzano card which gives free access to public transport and chairlifts. The facilities in the apartment are excellent. Fabio was fabulous to communicate with.

Fabio the host welcomed us on the day we arrived and gave us the key and the Bozen guest card which helped save a lot of troubles and money. Fabio even gave us a lot of suggestions about the itinerary and attractions there and is very kind and generous. The property is only 5 minute walk to the bus station/ cable car station. You can walk to old town in around 5-8 minutes. *Although the host charged 15 euros for parking, the parking lot is inside a closed gate. We don't have any worry about someone breaking the car windows. *The washing machine is a big plus.

The host is very friendly and fast response. The location is in the centre of Bolzano and close to the Bolzano Bozen station. We can go to/from station by walk 6-10 mins. The apartment is equipped with a good package of kitchen set! You can cook together with your friends/family here.
