The neighborhood seemed safe and the building is recent, quite calm and with good surroundings. The apartment is spacious but the common spaces are not well suited for 6 people to leisure on. The kitchen had an old look and lots of signs of use but the appliances were working. The localization near a train station is a plus. However, it is quite far from the center of the city (+/- 1h).
