“10/10 is not enough”
We loved everything. 10/10 is not enough. The house and the rooms were super cozy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The views are exceptional. The breakfast was de-li-cious : bread, marmalade, eggs , Nutella, maple syrup, fruit, youghurt, cereals, hashbrowns... all prepared by the hosts And last but not least, the hosts were super sweet and attentive. We loved every second spent there.

This accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful area not far from downtown Quebec. The owner's hand-prepared, healthy breakfast, along with the stunning views of the St. Lawrence River, made for an unforgettable experience. The brilliant sunrise, the starry night sky, and even the faintest glimpse of the Northern Lights, all visible from the terrace, became a part of my memories.

Beautiful little B&B, very kind hosts, lovely view over the Saint Lawrence River. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We liked everything about our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was a lovely traditional meal with lots of choices. Home-cooked to order. Very good bacon and eggs, toast, local jam, orange juice and fresh drip coffee.

“This is an excellent B&B. Alex and Elena were wonderful hosts. Would definitely return.”
The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The B&B located on the slope of a hill a, which affords and amazing view of the river, Ile D'Orleans, and the city off to the west. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a supermarket (IGA) close by, in case you prefer to buy some read-made dinners and eat in. We recommend doing so and enjoying the panoramic view.

“Don't hesitate. Book Gite la Princesse - you won't regret it!”
Everything was great. Alex and Elena were wonderful hosts. They have a beautiful place, with amazing views--even on a foggy/rainy day! Their breakfast was delicious and set us up for the whole day. Boischatel is a great base from which to see the sites...Montmorency Falls, The old city, the ski hills in the other direction...everything is an short, easy drive away. When I needed help getting our car repaired, Alex made the call for me and basically saved the day. When my wife needed help with sewing, Alex gave her a needle and even threaded it for her! In short, he and Elena always came through for us, with whatever we needed.

“We would go back anytime in an instant, loved friendly hosts, relaxing, quiet, nice views.”
Hosts are extremely accommodating, helpful with giving you tips where to go or what to see. They also would prepare breakfast themselves. Excellent omelettes any style you want, fruit, toast, marmalade, cereals of any kind, te, coffee, milk , juice.They have an antique wooden stove that is a jewel. Open areas , plenty of seating in separate small tables or a large one for family or to mingle with other guests and also a spacious outside deck where you have a drink later in the evening with a splendid view of the river, the island and downtown Quebec at a distance. Beds are very comfy and everything is clean and tidy. Nice furniture and accents all around.
