“Comfortable stay in a beautiful village”

Lovely stay in a beautiful village. Helena, the owner was welcoming and friendly making our stay comfortable and memorable. We had a large room with a stunning view and the calming sound of the river. The small kitchen upstairs was very user friendly and easily shared with the other guests who were all friendly and considerate. The toilet and shower next to our room were clean and there was a basin in our room which was convenient. It is very convenient for the Julian trail and the Mosnica gorge.

Lovely view overlooking river to the mountains. Listening to the sound of the river. Nice kitchen with seperate eating area. Small seating area out the front to enjoy the views. Spacious bedroom with table/2 chairs. Lovely welcoming host.

Perfect place in Stara Fuzina - lovely host, comfy bed and large room with our own bathroom (great hot shower). We had a great little balcony with a view of the mountains and the river. Close to the great restaurant in town and the supermarket. Only 15 mins walk to Lake Bohinj. Little kitchen we could use to make our breakfast. She even left us 3 in 1 coffees and little biscuits when we arrived - just what you need after a day walking! Excellent place for the Juliana Trail. Very good value for money.

Really friendly host, she even got us a piece of cake. Closeby the supermarkt, local restaurant and bar. You can take a bike if you want to the lake.

Location, position, staff

Helen is a naturally friendly & open hostess. She was also very nice & flexibel when I couldn't come the first night because of public transport problems. I think this is a noteworthy point,because a lot of accommodation nowadays is entirely impersonal, and so it's nice to chat a little bit with the host,who is from the local area (rather than stay in a self-check-in property owned by some second-home person somewhere).

Such a nice sound from river - perfect white noise for sleep:) our room had everything you’d need for stay. Didn’t use much of shared kitchen, but it was very well equipped. Host was super friendly and nice. Price is also very good considering it is Stara Fužina.

Excellent location, very comfy for the price, and free bike to cycle around. Exceeded my expectations.

We had room with bathroom, toilet and balcony with really nice view. Owner is really nice lady, you can also rent a bike here from her. I really like this place. The hostel is near shop and really good restaurant also.
