We had the most amazing time at this beautiful place. Everything was spotless, perfectly organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful, surrounded by nature and in a truly stunning location. The owner, Janja, was simply incredible,kind, welcoming, and so attentive to every detail. You can really feel how much care and love she puts into this place. There’s everything you could possibly need, and it’s clear that every little thing has been thought through to make guests feel comfortable and at home. It’s the perfect combination of cleanliness, charm, and serenity, a truly pastoral and relaxing experience. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely come back again.

“A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Slovenia!”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hiša Križaj! This place is a perfect blend of modern comfort and charming design - beautifully decorated, cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The apartment was incredibly comfortable for two couples and a teenager, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious breakfasts every morning. We wspecially loved two terraces with stunning views and the soothing sound of the nearby stream - perfect spots to unwind on the loungers or outdoor sofas. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. They provided us with fantastic recommendations for local attractions and even gave us maps to help us plan our stay. Thanks to her tips, we explored the quieter, scenic side of Bohinj Lake, away from the main road, and were rewarded with breathtaking views. On the way back, we took a water bus across the lake - such a unique and memorable experience! We also had the chance to ride the Avtovlak (car train), which was absolutely thrilling and something we'll never forget. We higly recommend Hiša Križaj to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and beautifully maintained place to stay in Slovenia.

We loved this property! It was modern and cool with an alpine feel. The kitchen was so well stocked with crockery and pots and pans etc. The host was super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Bohinj room that had a balcony with a great view. I would strongly recommend this property!

Lovely appointed group of small apartments finished to a very high standard. Clean and spacious and of course inviting from the moment you walked through the door. Facilities very good. Private parking right outside in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood so security was assured. The local area is quiet but had all necessary facilities including a wonderful local cuisine restaurant within 1km. Our hosts were very helpful and made the booking process very smooth.

Ideal location for day hikes around Lake Bohinj and Triglav national park. The owners are really helpful and communication goes very well. Spacious apartment with very nice details, made and maintained with a lot of care.

The outdoor terrace and garden were my favorite parts – the yard is truly beautiful, and the house has everything you could need.

“Perfect place”

Very spacious and comfortable rooms with a modern alpine feel. The host was lovely and was very kind to ensure our stay was excellent. She even helped us put our laundry into the dryer and let us use the machines late into the night. Location wise, its a good hop away from.Bohinj and Savica and located a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Bled. Overall a very comfortable retreat for the wife and I on our honeymoon.

This house is a dream 😍 everything is so perfect designed, we felt so welcome and peaceful here… We enjoyed the beautiful landscape, Bohinj lake, mountains and also a small beautiful city on the lake, called Bled. Owners are great people, they offer you a tasty local wine and in the morning you have always yummy sweets and home made cakes. If you want to escape from reality and fill up your energy this is place definitely a great choice… We will come back in summer again 🙌

Everything.. the apartment was beautiful, the host was so lovely, the location was a few minutes walk to the supermarket and easy drive to hikes. The apartment itself was clean, well laid out, beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. We would recommend.
