“This hotel caters to all guests, regardless of status, race or culture.”
We arrived early our rooms were not ready as expected. The concierge had given us advice on activities and restaurants we could use. He was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and accommodating. Our room was cleaned and spotless. A good view from our floor. An excellent place to be if you want quiet and a place to rest and relax. We will definetely return on our next visit to Bogota?

“Very pricey hotel for average customer service unlikely to reccomend”
Could get seated in the down stairs restaurant for breakfast went to the lounge upstairs and was told we could not use this , but was available when we first arrived. Sat in bar area whilst waiting to leave for 4 hours and were not approached once to see if we needed serving.

“Friendly and excellent hotel.”
The location is excellent for getting round. The staff were truly exceptional and service oriented. Asking them for coffee places and they would suggest some outside even though their own cafe was excellent. Very friendly concierge as well. They facilitated our bicycles being delivered and no issues at all. I was out at that time.

“Good hotel, a bit more attention to detail / fixing minor issues would be good”
breakfast food area was too cramped, people getting in each others way. Not obvious what was available and what you could order Needs door on toilet, not sliding door on outside area some loose fitting in room i.e. shower handle loose

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is a good location.
