Very comfortable beds and clean linen. The breakfast was excellent-so many choices of fresh juices, yoghurts, bread buns and cakes. The staff were all very polite and friendly from the breakfast manager to the room cleaner. Will be back!!

“Great place, coming back”
The location is great, close to a big mall and good transportation options. The hotel room was very comfortable, with super nice beds and showers, and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing all around, especially Milena at the reception, who helped us a lot during three different stays we had. They have taxis right outside that are part of the hotel, always safe, always helpful. We ended up doing short trips outside of Bogotá with them for a very good price and service, especially Nelson.

Beautiful hotel and location is very good. Great staff, very helpful. Loved the 24 hr room service. Loved that they have a laundry, spa, gym and 2 restaurants on site. There is everything you need.

“Practical location and good for a short stay”
The location is fantastic, just steps away from the Unicentro mall. The surroundings are charming, like a quaint village nestled in the middle of Bogotá. The staff is welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. We experienced both the hotel rooms and the apartments, finding the apartments to be in better shape and more comfortable. The breakfast is good, contributing to an overall more enjoyable experience.
