This tastefully decorated apartment in the heart of Candelaria was wonderful to come back to every night. It is close to all the touristy sites and was very private and comfortable. The host was so kind and helpful and gave me great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommend if you are visiting Bogota and want to experience it all!

The location was central and the building felt safe. The host was very friendly and gave us a good insight into the neighbourhood. The apartment was a good size for 2 people and stylishly decorated.

Apartment is located in Candelaria - a cultural part of the city, there are plenty of nice restaurants with lively vibes. Accomodation is beautiful providing everything necessary for stay. The house lord is nice, very helpful with deep insight in the cultural as well as political issues related to the life in Colombia. He provided us with a lot of tips of how the best enjoy Bogotá. An added vallue of the flat is the roof terrase from which we could observe sunset and sundown as well as the pending life in the neighbourhood.

The location of the apartment is right in the heart of La Candelaria and I liked that a lot. Yes, there is a little noise from the street but not to the level that would have bothered me. Quite the contrary, I was kinda enjoying it. There's access to the rooftop, the views are stunning and it makes you feel privileged to have the opportunity to observe La Candelaria from there. The design of the flat makes you feel cosy. It's clean and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I had a late flight and the host helped me with holding my luggage until the evening, while I was out and about.

Great, comfortable one bedroom in a fabulous location. The host could not have been more helpful and accommodating and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There are many fabulous restaurants and things to see within close walking distance. Great view from the rooftop terrace.

Very central in Candelaria area. The host was super helpful, provided all possible hints and advise about the area, he was always a message away. The property has it's own charm, totally not plastic and fake, we just loved it.

“Fantastic location in La Candelaria”

Gorgeous mid century apartment with a comfortable bed and lovely decor, books. Great to have a hairdryer, iron, rack to hang clothes and an umbrella! Tea and coffee making facilities and you can make food on the stove in you want. I didn’t as there were so many options around. Unfortunately the noise from the Halloween weekend was so loud until 1-2am every night except Monday which was quiet around 10. But Javier warned me and I brought really good earplugs and played white noise AND took drowsy antihistamines. The hosts were so helpful meeting me once I got to the plaza. I enjoyed watching the sunset and thunderstorm on the roof! Highly recommend the political graffiti tour!

“Best stay and host in Bogota”

The location is perfect and the rooftop has an amazing view - both sunset and sunrise. The neighbourhood is safe, close to the main tourist attractions, but still gives a pueblo vibe. The host (DonQuevedo) was fantastic. He provided us with an excellent tour of the neighbourhood, nearby restaurants and the city in general. DonQuevedo waited for us multiple hours in the evening as our luggage didn’t arrive with the plane. Moreover, he offered us clothes, toilet articles, etc. to support us until our luggage arrived. We have nothing but praise!
