The room and bathroom is spaceous and clean. That was great. Location is superb as I was staying 10 days, I really liked that there were 2 supermarkets, a fruit and vegetables market and asian supermarket downstairs!

We loved the Hood and returned to stay another two weeks there before we left Bogota. It was comfortable and clean with good facilities and helpful staff. We enjoyed being on the Ciclovia road on Sunday and able to walk to the Usaquen flea markets. Overall we highly recommend!

A fantastic place to stay! Great location with nice restaurants and good supermarkets nearby and a park. Very comfortable and modern with good beds and very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

“BOOK AT THIS HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK, AS ANYONE COULD ENTER YOUR ROOM!”
This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Upon arrival, we were given a room that, upon entering, seemed as if it was still being used by someone else. We spoke to the manager, and they moved us to another room. Then, in the middle of the afternoon, some people entered our room while my partner was naked. It was horrible and disastrous. I went to confront the manager, who told me that he had mistakenly given the key to our room to someone else… unbelievable. The administrator contacted me, acknowledging that it was a mistake and apologizing, saying she would get in touch with me later to resolve the situation… I’m still waiting for that.
