Staff were amazingly helpful, kind, and friendly..They are a credit to the Tui brand, this is how life and whole of society should be....everyone pulling together for each other. Awesome 100% committed to the experience of their guests. Great beachside location....well organises and structured amenities. Great food and a la carte offering alongside inclusive.

Absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the most beautiful views while we were here. Food and drink selection was vast. Entertainment here (especially the dancers) Not a lot we can fault about this property, a perfect few days spent in paradise. Thank you so much!

“Basically an overpriced retirement destination”

Food was very average at best, and buffets were extremely repetitive. No amenities in the rooms, minibar completely empty. Evening events were complete boredom with music from the early 2000s. Hotel is mainly oriented for old people. You cannot bring people from the outside even if you are willing to pay for it.

Very well organised resort with many different activities and entertainment opportunities, but also the possibility to relax and be away from the entertainment. Great view on the bay! Loved the fact that the hotel takes care of the cats that live in the area

Such a fabulous resort. The location is beautiful, the food excellent and the entertainment was brilliant. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and the sunsets are just stunning.

“THE BEST!!!”

The food was such great quality and the variety was amazing. The staff were always so attentive and kind, smiling and happy. Beach bar Hasan and red meat chefs special chef "tata" always so happy!!! Also - a predominately German guest group I made use of the spa every morning and gym and was always greeted and the areas were so clean! EVERYTHING was clean, the common bathrooms, the gym and the room. The fitness classes made my holiday. Being active and thanks to Taryn, Jason, Paula and Laura they always made everybody welcome. 10/10 I would come back in a heartbeat.

“A really great resort hotel”

Fabulous hotel, the food was amazing & the entertainment was just so good - really top quality. The hotel offers free kayaking which is very appreciated. There are no early towels on sunbeds, which was also refreshing, and plenty of beds on the beaches too, so always space. The staff were very nice, though if the young lad at the pool bar could get off his speaker phone to his friends while serving customers that would be a bit more professional.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The territory is large and beautifully maintained, the food is delicious, and the alcohol is included without any extra charge. The staff are always friendly and smiling, and the entertainment program is just fantastic — aqua fitness, pilates, and many other activities were great! Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the whole area.
