The hotel is outstanding. The rooms are nice, the view is outstanding and the breakfast is just wonderful. Highly recommended is the Roof-top-spa ticket (extra cost!), in good weather conditions it is a MUST-BE place.

The interior design is supreme - materials, textures, and colours used give you immediate feeling of cosiness. Moreover, all seating furniture are extremely cosy and views are marvellous. In the room, you’re offered a forest-smelling organic vegan cosmetics, which compliments overall experience.

Everything was great, fantastic location, hotel was fab, great staff, great choice at breakfast which was invluded. Great Sauna and roof top pool. Some good local walks. Local lakes to swim in, Ocean within a sporty 30 minute walk. Only 10 minutes from the airport. (I rented a car)

The location was perfect for relaxation. The room interior was superb! The food in the restaurant was exceptionally good. The staff were nice.

Really unique hotel, the views are amazing and the room was really clean, with all the amenities you may need. Price makes sense for what you get, the mini-bar had limited but good selection, including a really great chocolate bar. They let me check-in early with no extra cost as the room was ready. Obviously won’t be a guarantee but worth asking, they responded promptly here on booking messages

“Absolutely outstanding”

The Wood Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the wellness suite offers incredible views from its lofty position on the 8th floor. Make sure you spend some time there when you visit Bodø, you will not be disappointed.

My experience at Wood Hotel Bodø was great. In enjoyed my 2 nights stay, expecially as I got to see the Northern Lights from the parking nearby (from my bedroom too). If you're relying on public transport there's a bus station 15min walking down the hill or you can take a taxi or walk about 30min to town center. I tried all 3 options. Breakfast choices are plenty and personnel is very kind and helpful. They even supply dental kit and slippers.

I really liked the view from the window, the delicious breakfast, the very nice staff, the restaurant had delicious food and even a large selection of non-alcoholic cocktails and wines
