“Reservation Not Honored”

I requested a free cancellation, but the property did not accept it. My reservation remained confirmed, yet my place was given to another guest. Fortunately, I contacted them before arriving. This situation caused me stress and inconvenience.

“Quiet, private, isolated”

Quiet, comfortable room, hot water, yummy food, lovely styled shared areas, and pool to keep cool. Host took us in the kayak to great location to snorkel around the nearby mangoves .

I love this place so much that I visited this time with friends. We all enjoyed this unique and outstanding venue in a quiet and preserved environment. As always, breakfast and dinner were exquisite. The owners were charming, always there when needed, and very supportive to provide recommendations about things to see and to organize (smooth) transfer to nearby islands. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the lounge, chat with guests and owners, and enjoy the fantastic view and the pool.

A beautifully tranquil location, a warm welcome and great hosts. We had two days relaxing at this wonderful villa. The food was exceptional. We were sad to leave.

We really felt like being in paradise. The hotel is located on a beautiful isolated island only reachable by boat. The owners make sure that all guests have an unforgettable stay. Benoit is a fantastic host and organizes great day trips while Fabienne cooks the best food we had in all of Panama (mix of French and local cuisine). We would recommend everyone to stay here and definitely hope to come back!

“Gorgeous boutique property on Isla solarte with beautiful pool setting”

It is exactly as the photos show with a lovely pool with lots of very comfortable lounges both in shade and sun. No aircon but surprisingly didn’t need it in February. This is a long way from shops or restaurants but luckily the meals here are excellent and even though there is no menu the food is delicious at every meal and varied. We were there for 7 nights but always something different. The boat ride to go anywhere is from $10 per person or $15 to redfrog beach but then you have to pay $5 entrance fee. If you want a quiet but comfortable stay this is the place. Benoit and Fabienne are great hosts

Everything was excellent. The stars of the show are Fabienne and Benoit, real genuine and kind hosts. Fabienne’s food was the best! Because you are in the middle of a national reserve you end up having breakfast and dinner in their restaurant, and it’s absolutely superb! Thank you both.

This second visit at Villa F&B was as exquisite and perfect as our first visit a year ago. An outstanding site in Bocas, in a quiet and preserved environment, in a well designed and well thought property with truly charming and fantastic hosts (Fabienne and Benoit). From the minute you arrive, you'll feel warmly welcome, and you will enjoy excellent food as well as refreshing drinks, partially based on local products (citrus, banana, chocolate...). Beyond your room with own terrace, you can enjoy loads of alternative seating, with or without sun and enjoy the pool and socializing with other guests. Dinner and breakfeast are a perfect treat, the view is breathtaking, there are excursions nearby (chocolate farm, red frog island and so on...) and Benoit and Fabienne will happily provide insights or recommandations. Hightly recommended!

location away from crowd in the mangroves. Attractive scenery and Benoît e Fabienne ((F&B) are constantly attentive to guest whims!Cuisine with a twist of French fusion. Easy to get to the controversial - eco development - Bastimentos island (& Red Frog beach for some wave action is 10 mins by boat). Transfer to Bocas island ($10p/p) is around 20 mins depending on waves (lie down if you have back issues!). Your room is ample and well designed along with a large open plan guest area. Full marks for courage to design and maintain this space in an isolated environment. A privilege to stay, merci beaucoup.. a la prochaine :)

“Very Stylish B and B in the middle of nowhere”

Very Stylish B&B in the middle of nowhere. The rooms very comfortabel, Very friendly owner. The common area is fantastic with beautiful details and a lovely swimming pool. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a 3 course dinner ($25pp). Free kayaks available to discover the area.

“Fabulous, Stylish and Unique Boutique Hotel in the Mangroves.”

We loved our stay here. Unique location in the mangrove swamps, remote and very stylish. Delightful hosts, the food and Margheritas were fantastique! We arranged a brilliant day tour from here to see wildlife and snorkel and visit a stunning tropical island. Recommend booking from here rather than from main operators on Bocas.

“Lovely stay”

I had the end unit on the first floor and it was perfect. Floor to ceiling windows offer spectacular views and it's more private than the middle rooms. Fabulous common area overlooking the pool where breakfast and dinner are served and everyone has their own space but can still easily interact. The lobster dinner was excellent. There's no menu - they determine what is prepared, but any food allergies are recorded and remembered throughout your stay. Hosts and dog are a delight; super responsive and regularly interact with the guests.
