“Perfect place for relaxing days”

I had the best stay at this B&B. It's a 20min walk away from the town and therefore you're shielded from the loud nights in town. It's directly at the seafront and there are tours directly picking you up at the B&B. Angie & Nicolas are amazing hosts, they even organised decaf coffee for me which made my mornings perfect. And when I had no room for one night, they helped me out immediately. The breakfast is delicious with a good choice. Everything is clean and the bed is really comfortable - I don't know when I slept this good the last time! There are also bikes and kayaks to use for free. I can only recommend this place if you look for a relaxing stay in Bocas!

“Simply perfect, wished we stayed longer”

When someone says Panama, this is exactly the place I’ll remember. About a 20-minute walk from the town center, it feels like a peaceful oasis — quiet, relaxing, and full of charm. The staff are genuinely warm and attentive, making you feel instantly at home. The breakfast is outstanding, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Even the reception staff spoke Russian, which was a lovely touch. Cold beer in the fridge, spotless rooms, and everything you need for a perfect stay. Truly a special place.

Loved our stay at Saigon Bay. Breakfast was gorgeous every morning and the free bikes were such a great touch, highlight of our trip was cycling up the coast. The hosts are great and have everything you might need!

Great stay in this hotel. We feel good there and the setting is very pleasant. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The hosts are accommodating and welcoming.

Fantastic place by the water. The owners, breakfast and the rooms are great. We used the free bikes to go to town. You can also walk, approximately 20 minutes. You can also kayak to the mangroves, absolute must!

“Cosy B&B with fantastic hosts”

We enjoyed our stay at the cosy and comfortable Saigon Bay B&B suite. A generous sized apartment with a full kitchen and ocean view. The air conditioner and fans ensured we were able to keep cool. Angie and Nicolas are fantastic hosts and were always ready to help and answer questions. The on-site breakfasts were delicious and catered to dietary requirements (coeliac and vegetarian). The included bicycles are a great addition and allowed us to easily visit town and explore the island, as the B&B is a 20-25 minute walk from Bocas Town.

“Lovely staff, relaxed vibe”

The staff here are so nice. They aren't always around, but you can reach them on WhatsApp and there is a bell to call them if you need assistance. Breakfast is really good. The deck is lovely. I enjoyed the sound of the waves outside. Bocas del Toro has a lovely laid-back vibe and the local people I encountered around the property were very friendly. It felt very safe to walk around, even at night.

Lovely small bed&breakfast with super friendly owners. Breakfast is freshly made every morning and super tasty. They offer kayaks and bikes free of charge, we've been using the bikes to cycle all over the island, to the most beautiful beaches. Had a great time staying at saigon Bay and would definitely recommend!

“Top and very friendly location at Bocas!”

We stayed for about a week in this location and felt very comfortable and could enjoyed the visit at Bocas del Toro very much. The B&B is well located, close to the center, but apart from the noise of bars and discos in the place. The owners are very friendly and were always available for our questions and requests. We could also borrow bicycles, which was also a good idea to visit the island. I recommend this location very much.

“Lovely times in Bocas”

We loved our stay at Saigon Bay B&B, so this review will only highlight some of the features we won’t forget. First, Angie and Nicolas are amazing - kind, welcoming, friendly and generous. It felt like being home, which is the best feeling when you are so far, geographically. Nicolas’ breakfasts are delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. Saigon is a residential neighbourhood, partially on the water, so you get what life in Bocas Del Toro truly is (and you will go to sleep listening to the waves of the sea!). The outside space of the property is dreamy and perfect to chill at the sunset with a cold beer. Last, but not least, the B&B is incredibly clean!

“Amazing weekend at Saigon Bay”

Fantastic BnB with fantastic hosts. Absolutely gorgeous location on the water, stingrays and fish going by. Out of the main hustle and bustle of the town in a lovely quiet area just 5 mins in a taxi or bike that they provide free of charge. Breakfast was incredible. Lots of choices and delicious with the backdrop of the bay in front of you. They also provide lots of tips of where to go. Couldn't recommend it more.

“Amazing host and BnB”

Nicolas was a very friendly host, and the breakfast—freshly prepared every day—was absolutely delicious, with a choice of five different dishes. This is the ideal BnB for anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet stay. The free bike provided by the accommodation made it easy to reach the city center in just a few minutes. It's worth noting that the rooms are not serviced, but I personally didn’t find that to be a problem. Thank you so much for having me!

“Perfect for a peaceful getaway by the water”

Beautiful setting, lots of space outside to relax on the deck (get the room with it's own outdoor space - worth it for the private hammock!), free kayak and bikes for guests to use, recommendations for takeaways (including healthy options!), restaurants, beaches, running routes etc, amazing breakfast, beer available to buy, lovely room, strong AC. The host Angie was also really quick to respond to all my messages, and very efficient at helping sort things out for me once I'd arrived at Saigon Bay. Would definitely return!!

“2 nights at Saigon Bay”

Period stilted property in calm Saigon Bay, local neighbourhood. Super comfy bed and excellent sleep. Free bikes and kayak. Nicolas and his wife Ange were great hosts and provided lovely breakfast on outside decking. Beautiful spot for sunset. Warm and friendly with excellent library and board games. “A home away from home🤍”

This place is literally one of mine & my partners favourite place we’ve ever stayed in🤍. Everything was just wonderful - Angie & Nicolas are incredible hosts and always so friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are AMAZING (I’m really sad we only stayed for long enough to try 3 out of the 5 options, but all of them were perfect!), the bed is super comfortable and the hammock and listening to the ocean was just beautiful. Also, there were so many smaller details that were really great, shampoo & conditioner, beers & cokes in the fridge for you, games, condiments, and books to read! OH, and there are even kayaks, snorkels and bikes that guest can use, we loved our kayak trip out! 😍 Both Angie & Nicolas have perfected the ‘home away from home’ feel, and we hope one day to be right back here 🫶🏼

Beautiful location on the water and still within walking distance from the town. Very comfortable bed and linens. Amazing breakfast prepared daily! Hosts were super helpful if you needed any assistance. Amazing that they offered the use of bikes and kayaks to make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It was a peaceful place to stay. The owner was really helpful with me. The kitchen was really clean and we could borrow a bicycle and a kayak for free. A kind touch for discovering bocas del toro.
