Simon was exceptional host, the guest house surroundings were amazing.

Very nice garden, well maintained with lots of birds and other creatures. Nice location close to the main dock and restaurants. The owner was friendly.

It is a quiet island to relax on. The accommodation was basic but good to stay in. Very sweet. The host was accommodating and very nice. We would come again.We were also able to observe a variety of animals.

Simon and his staff are great hosts. Sitting in the common area and have a chat with the other guests is so nice. From your bed, you can hear all the wildlife outside. Don't have your expectations too high about the amenities. it's the general vibe that made my stay so great.

The garden area is so beautiful - we saw many birds, butterflies and the famous red frogs! Simon was a very kind host and had great local tips about the old bank area.

“Decent, but not great...anymore.”

The location is great. It is close to where the boats come in and where the bulk of the village is located. There is a great restaurant right across the street. The kids had a great time chasing lizards, and managed to spot a sloth on the property!

“Had a great stay”

We loved our stay at Beverly’s Hill! The rooms are simple, but you’ll have everything you need. And Simon is a lovely host who really wants to make sure you have a good time! We enjoyed hangig out at the veranda of our cabin, exploring the island by canoe and visiting Wizard and Red Frog beach.

Simon was a great host. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Setting is quite wild. Would recommend

Great place to chill in the middle of nature. The room was simple but had everything one can need. Plus it had an amazing sea view from the balcony. The personel was really nice and helpful.

I enjoyed being surrounded by nature, in a quieter area of Bocas and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

It is a nice location in a nice garden and a nice view over the bay. You can fill up the drinking water, but why is the filter system not in the kitchen area? But it could be much better arranged. I'm not getting the concept of this place.

“Beautiful views at Beverly's Hill”

Great value for money and Simon, the host, was absolutely incredible and super helpful with ideas and suggestions of places to eat, where to visit etc. Simon also shares his filtered water with the guests, so you dont need to buy your own, which was a lovely touch. The spot has a fabulous view out over the water, and the wifi was good and strong in the communal lounge (I was working while traveling, and great wifi was a big priority for me). There are loads of beautiful birds and bugs around, even gorgeous little red frogs to see in the garden.

“Little sanctuary in a busy town”

The gardens here are beautifully designed and set out giving shade, private spaces as well as flowers to attract humming birds and butterflies it is a real sanctuary just off the main busy Street outside. The owner Simon is a very kind host who really tries very hard to make sure his guests are happy and taken care of. Please don't expect a luxury lodge, it is one of the cheaper places to stay on Bastimentos but this doesn't mean it is not good. OK some things are a little worn and well used and some maintenance is required here and there but please consider they have had nearly no guests through the whole pandemic. We took the highest room at the back of the property with a fantastic view of the bay. Free water refills are provided as is a well equipped but tiny kitchen to make your own meals. We had one night where the music from nearby property was very loud but this was the end of a 4 day festival and after this it was much quieter for the rest of our stay. There is a very good restaurant Alvins just adjacent to the property.
