“Great stay with a very well-organized shared kitchen”

We had a really nice stay! The location is great, only about a 20-minute walk to Star Beach. One of the best things was the shared kitchen and spacious common area. It is extremely well-organized; everyone gets their own designated spot in the fridge and in the cabinets, which makes cooking very easy and organized.

“Beautiful location at best beach Bocas”

Location is very good. Walking distance from starfish beach and little restaurants. They have a communial kitchen and seating areas both inside and on fhe beach. Bus stops in front of hotel.

“Hidden gem”

Loved my stay here. There was so much peace. Empty beach. Lots of nature including fire flies in the garden. Well stocked kitchen. Staff were amazing, so helpful. I loved being remote as so close to the starfish beach. The gardens are so pretty.

“This place is a hidden gem”

This gem is in a remote part of the island, located about 25 min by car from Bocas Town. The place is just by the beach, has great wifi and is equipped with AC in all rooms. We enjoyed our 5 night stay there very much and the host Ariel was extremely helpful. The common kitchen was well equipped and the beach view is as magical as the ones you see on postcards. Just remember there is very little action going on here. Going for a swim in the ocean or lie in the hammock are very good options though😀

“Heaven in Bocas del Drago”

The location was simply amazing, in front of a beautiful beach with quite calm waters. The garden is well kept, I can't understand other comments saying that it is not well maintained. The rooms are big enough, water in the bathroom was always warm and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space for all guests with lovely spots where one can relax. You can have you laundry cleaned for 5 dollars. The care taker Ariel is helpful and friendly. We loved this place, if you're not into luxury hotels just go for it

“If you prefer more remote,less touristy places,this is ideal. Basic but for good price ,you can cook in the shared kitch”

Very remote location which we liked,private beach,not many tourists.room was ok,bit basic,but ok. I prefer much more this location over Bocas Town as Bocas center seemed to me dirty and not so much atteactive. But you can do some tours around

This place is exactly what it says in the name - it's like staying at your grandparents rustic beach house. It's quiet and peaceful and within close proximity to starfish beach. It has plenty of floor space for eating, lounging, games and has a good communal kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the A/C made sleeping easy. Leo the owner is very friendly and helpful. The bus from Bocas will stop out front if you let the driver know.

Directly on the beach, arranged with great outside seating. Shared spaces were inviting and comfortable. The rooms were very nice. You are not staying in Boccas Town so you get a lot of nature and calm. Drinking water is provided on place.

Owner Leo nice and helpful. Accomodation has perfect location. All rooms and surroundings are clean and maintained regularly. Kitchen is well equiped for simple cooking. Pleasure to stay there

Best possible location with own private beach. Very peaceful, you can hear sounds of waves, wild birds and monkeys from your room. Very nice owner. Comparing to the noisy and not so clean Bocas Town this place is a paradise on earth. Recommend it very much!

Location stunning .can walk to starfish beach , but this beach is way nicer and quieter . Need to take food as no shops nearby but there are restaurants open in day a short walk or swim to .

Beautiful location at the sea. A couple of restaurants only a couple of minutes walk. The host Leo was very friendly and helpful.

The private beach is lovely, the gardens around the house too.. The facilities and rooms are like on pics

During our stay, we truly appreciated the tranquility and privacy. We enjoyed the beach with its calm, clear waters. There were also lovely spots nearby that we could easily walk to. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. To get around the island, you can catch the public bus right in front of the hostel.

“Cozy, felt like home”

Leo the person who welcomed us was very nice from first, always willing to help. He made us feel safe. Also, the location is perfect, literally beachfront, I’d definitely recommend this place

“Beautiful rustic beach house - perfect escape”

Great place to relax and unwind, escaping the hustle and bustle of town. Loved everything about this place! Leo was very helpful and friendly as well. I caught myself a red snapper for dinner on the beach, hanged out with the local dogs and cat and enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset over the beach. It’s a 30 minute walk to starfish beach as well was which was good. There was hot water and aircon in the room. Bed was comfy and the place was clean. Highly recommend

Very peaceful area with a few tourists, a short walk or water taxi to Starfish Beach. Very nice and helpful host. Simple but confortable accommodations.
