They canceled why reservation a few hours ago from Check-in because they say "they are fully booked". I booked 1 weeks ago and göt confirmation. How they realized they are fully booked..... And call center cant help me because they can not contact with anyone from Hotel.....

“Unprofessional management”
Emergency number never answered and had to spend the first night in another place. Until now the hotel management did not return me my money back. Neither me nor booking.com can reach them out!!

“The most unpleasant stay I’ve ever experienced”
The location of the hotel was ok for me because I had a car but if you don’t then it could be very inconvenient because you literally have to drive around the next restaurant McDonald or the kind to grab some food but I enjoyed the quietness.

“Charged double!”
I was charged double for my stay. I paid the full amount through Booking.com on the day of my arrival, but then the receptionist claimed the payment didn't go through so I had to pay again at the check out. Turned out both payments went through. I tried calling and writing to the hotel many times (nobody spoke English there) and I talked to customer service at Booking.com, but to this day (it's been over two weeks) I haven't heard a word from anyone. According to the automatic email I got from them, they were supposed to reply latest in 48 hours, but nothing. I hope someone from Booking.com reads this cause I would appreciate the refund of one of the payments.
