We were offered chargers as we forgot to bring EU adapters. Offered free hot beverage. Hotel is convenient to train station and shopping mall.

Person at the reception desk was rude and he was replying in German for my English requests. Also making reckless silly jokes thats why i am giving such low score, just one person is loosing credit for a good facility. I am sure he know himself from my checkin record, not all stuff
